Money Back Guarantee
1) Basically, there is only a right to a money back guarantee with a valid contractual relationship between the applicant and us. A valid contractual relationship exists if the order was processed in accordance with our general terms and conditions, the payment process in our shop was successfully completed and the receipt of payment in our system was successfully booked.
2) A money back guarantee only exists if one of the following two conditions is met:
We were not able to send a product key by e-mail to the e-mail address specified by the applicant when purchasing within 48 hours of purchase.
Each of the following four conditions are met:
- The applicant has reported the defective delivery to us within 24 hours of receiving the product key.
- We did not manage from the time of the notification to eliminate the reported defect within 48 hours.
- The applicant actively contributed to the elimination of the defect.
- On request, the applicant provided us with all the information required to solve the problem.
3) Money-back guarantee claims must be formally submitted to our contact e-mail address [email protected], stating our order number.
4) In the case of a successful money back guarantee claim, the purchase amount will be refunded in full by the method of payment chosen by the applicant upon purchase.
